Indeed, the lead is recovered, remelted and then refined. Once this process is complete, the recycled lead is reused to manufacture new batteries.
Lead is a precious mineral resource, and recycling it is far cheaper, both ecologically and financially, than extracting it. It is therefore an effective way of conserving natural resources and an important means of protecting our environment.

Recycling service:

We will be happy to recycle all of your lead-acid batteries.

Our recycling program feeds the various components of used batteries back into the battery manufacturing process, recovering the hazardous lead and chemicals so that they can be reused safely.

Indeed, batteries contain lead, sulfuric acid and other chemicals that pose a health hazard and an environmental risk if they are not recycled properly. They therefore cannot be thrown away just anywhere.

Several options are available to you

You can send us your used batteries. (All shipping methods are accepted)

1. All you have to do is pack your used batteries safely.
2. Stick on the cut-out recycling image provided or available below.
3. Send them to the address shown on the label


You can go to an auto center, a garage, or a manufacturer or large retail store that sells batteries and drop them in the bins provided for that purpose.

You can also go to a waste collection center, which will know what to do with them.


At the end of the life cycle of your UPS units or your batteries, you can count on us to recycle them.
