Sentinel Dual SDU

Complete replacement battery kits for Riello Sentinel Dual SDU UPS: new sealed lead-acid AGM (VRLA) batteries, tested and ready to install with the original connectors.
Batteries for Riello Sentinel Dual SDU UPS
Why replace the batteries?
- A sealed lead-acid (AGM / VRLA) UPS battery gradually loses capacity, especially in a warm room: its real service life is generally 3 to 5 years.
- Worn batteries greatly reduce runtime, trigger the « battery » alarm and can make the UPS shut down at the very first power cut, exactly when you need it.
- Replacing the batteries restores your UPS's original protection for a fraction of the price of a new UPS.
How to find the right kit?
- Note the exact reference of your UPS on the rating label (on the back or underneath), for example « SEP 1000 » or « VSD 2200 ».
- Compare it with the table below: each kit includes all the batteries of the UPS, in the same format and with the same terminals.
- If in doubt, open the battery compartment and note the number of batteries, their voltage and capacity (for example 12 V 7 Ah), or send us a photo of the UPS and its batteries: we will tell you the right kit.
Available kits
| Model | Internal batteries | Kit contents |

Replacement tips
- Always replace all the batteries at the same time: a new battery combined with worn ones wears out very quickly.
- Switch off and unplug the UPS before working on it (except hot-swap models, according to the manual).
- Reuse the original cables, links and connectors and respect the polarity (red = +, black = −).
- Let the UPS fully recharge (about 8 hours) before relying on the runtime, then run a battery test.
- Used batteries must be taken to a collection point: they are recycled.
